Anne Barrett

Anne is the Director of Human Resources. She brings over 30 years of human resources expertise to Wellbridge. In her role she oversees day to day human resources activities and provides input and guidance in employment matters with a focus on employee engagement.

Prior to joining Wellbridge, Anne served in HR leadership roles at small and large hospitals, as well as the compliance officer for New York State’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) initiative in Suffolk County.

Anne holds a Master of Arts degree in Labor and Policy Studies from State University of New York, Empire State College. She also holds a Human Resources Studies Certification from Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
