Our Admissions Process

Our goal is to simplify the intake process and accelerate your access to evidence-based, personalized treatment.

Speak With The Admissions Team

We’re ready and eager to help connect you with the life-changing resources you need to live up to your greatest potential and improve your quality of life. Our admissions team will answer any questions you have and walk through the entire process with you, one-on-one.

Participate in A Brief Pre-Assessment

During your first call, we will determine a baseline for the level of care that may be needed based on your individual needs and goals. This assessment involves clinical and medical approval to ensure Wellbridge is the best fit to help you. If we’re a good match, a more comprehensive evaluation will take place later in the admissions process.

Insurance Verification and Payment Clarity

If you have insurance, we’ll determine exactly what’s covered and what may be remaining. For any remaining balance or if there is no insurance coverage, we’re happy to explore self-pay options that help ease any financial burden.

Comprehensive Evaluation

Every patient will be prescribed a customized treatment plan tailored to fit their individual needs. This plan allows us to curate the level of care and treatment interventions that will be the most beneficial to you or your loved one. We will evaluate mental health, physical health, medical history, family history, and social evaluations and get clarity on alcohol or substance use history.
