Will I be able to use my cell phone or computer?

Phones and computers will be available in the business center with your clinical team reviewing planned usage based on what is right for you.

Is smoking permitted?

At Wellbridge, we understand the difficulties maintaining abstinence from nicotine and we will work with you to manage this during your stay. We are happy to discuss this with you via phone or in person.

Will I be able to exercise?

We have an 11,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art wellness and fitness center on campus that includes a full weight room, cardiovascular training equipment, Pilates, and yoga. In addition, we offer serenity pools and relaxation areas. With the permission of your treatment team, you will have access to all these facilities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, some services may not be offered for your own security.

Am I able to bring my guitar?

Music, as well as other creative arts like painting, ceramics, and dance, are an integral component of treatment and recovery. Musical instruments are available in our Center for Creative Arts.

Can special dietary requirements be accommodated?

Yes, our nutrition team will work closely with you to make sure all your dietary requirements are met.

Will I have a roommate?

Wellbridge offers both private and double rooms. Private suites must be requested ahead of time for an associated fee.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed on campus.

Do you accept insurance?

Wellbridge is in network with many insurance providers, including Empire BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, MagnaCare, Northwell Direct, Optum Employee Health Plan of Suffolk County and, 1199 SEIU Funds and Cigna. For patients with NYSHIP through Carelon, we can access out-of-network benefits. If you have an insurance we are not in network with, we can explore the option of private self-pay with you.

What is the cost?

Everyone has different treatment needs and cost varies. Our admissions team will be happy to assist you to verify your current insurance benefits or explore private pay options.
