Amy, a Registered Nurse certified in Addiction (CARN) and Holistic Health (HNB-BC), brings two decades of experience to Wellbridge, delivering empathetic, high-quality nursing care. Her leadership fosters a nurturing environment that offers personalized, evidence-based treatment for individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges, setting a high standard in addiction nursing care.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance, trained in ShambhavAnanda Yoga tradition, Amy integrates recovery-focused yoga to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Her holistic approach empowers patients to harness their inner strength and embark on a transformative healing journey.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Catherine University and currently enrolled in a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Master’s program at St. John Fisher University, Amy’s academic pursuits underscore her commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in the field of nursing and mental health care.
