About Monod Narcius, LMSW, CASAC 2
Monod is a Primary Therapist dedicated to guiding individuals through early addiction recovery. Drawing on intensive inpatient experience, he provides evidence-based care, individual counseling, and specialized groups focused on mindfulness and parenting. Monod views treatment through a systemic lens, recognizing the critical impact of family dynamics and peer support networks in holistic healing. Currently pursuing his Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) certification, he is expanding his practice to supervise and support the next generation of social workers. Monod believes that meaningful growth begins when we face difficult truths. Rather than dictating answers, Monod serves as a clear, respectful, and challenging mirror. He creates a grounded, non-judgmental space where patients and families can confront uncomfortable realities and draw their own conclusions. Ultimately, if the work does not challenge you, it cannot transform you, empowering clients to build the practical tools necessary for long-term recovery.
