About Lynda Page, BFA, CTRS

Lynda began working at the Wellbridge Addiction Treatment and Research facility in July of 2026. As a Certified Recreational Therapist, she has over 20 years of experience working with many populations including Veterans, emotionally impaired teens and intellectually disabled adults. Presently Lynda is focusing her talents on helping patients sustain sobriety as they integrate back into daily life and society. Rather than just organizing activities for fun, Lynda adapts leisure activities to help patients gain an improved quality of life through physical, cognitive, social and emotional well-being. Many of Lynda’s programs are customized using arts, sports, and games to help patients rebuild confidence, reduce anxiety, support independence & learn something new. Lynda is passionate about enjoying a healthy balanced life and learning. Some of her additional credentials include a BFA in Interior Design, Reiki level II, CrossFit level 1 and most recently Lynda obtained her National Board Certification in Health & Wellness (NBC-HWC).
