Alana Urbont-Marino, LMSW (they/them)

Alana leads staff education at Wellbridge, supporting the team from day one in the evidence-based care they provide to patients. Alana’s trainings deepen staff’s understanding of what patients with addiction are experiencing and support the trauma-informed, person-first communication staff bring to every interaction, including moments of crisis. Alana has over a decade of experience in prevention, harm reduction, and advocacy to reduce the stigma of addiction, along with a Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University.
