I believe that therapy is a journey towards growth and change, leading to a more fulfilling life. Over the past 26 years, I’ve had the honor of sharing this journey with individuals of all ages, families and groups in a variety of settings. I’ve developed an expertise in helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression/mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, adjustment difficulties and life transitions, adolescents, grief (both traumatic and expected), family conflict and stress. My additional specialty and passion includes working with individuals and families impacted by Substance Use Disorders.
Utilizing a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, I incorporate integrative and evidence-based therapies tailored to meet your needs. My therapeutic stye is warm, supportive and interactive, I strive to create a safe space where we can establish a trusting relationship in order to identify areas of concern while learning effective coping skills.
Known for my compassion and direct approach, helping people live a life of authenticity and ease continues to be the heart of my work. On this therapeutic journey we learn to identify and embrace strengths, integrate new skills and self-understanding, and come into a deeper knowing of ourselves and others.
